Job summary

Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services at the Lincoln Regional Center in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Psychology Supervisor for the Men’s Acute Program within the Division of Behavioral Health.

Leadership role involves program development, active treatment, and coordination with treatment teams, Joint Commission readiness, and compliance audits. Forensic evaluations background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice psychology in Nebraska.
• Experience and ability to complete forensic evaluations including competency to stand trial, insanity evaluations, and violence risk assessments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee psychology services for the men’s forensic and transition programs.
• Provide direct psychological evaluation, testing, and related services.
• Participate in patient treatment team meetings, program clinical meetings and leadership meetings.
• Ensure program and hospital compliance with Joint Commission and state licensure standards.
