Job summary

Dizario Search is seeking a production supervisor for a Tupelo-area client to lead a team, meet daily production goals, and uphold safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will supervise, train, and develop employees; assign tasks; enforce standards; and support improvement initiatives, while maintaining records and promoting teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, quality control, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills; JD Edwards and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements, use measurement tools, and lift up to 50 pounds.
