Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to count cash and make change if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take orders and operate POS systems; assist guests with kiosks as needed.
• Ensure guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Serve and prepare food and beverages to standard.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist in kitchen organization.
• Follow manager instructions to ensure timely order preparation.
