Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick in Amarillo, Texas, is seeking team members to prepare a variety of chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, and desserts for Guests. You will greet Guests, take orders at the POS, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness across FOH and restrooms.

Roles include working on the Sandwich Line and Prep/Production stations with adherence to CSC recipes, SOS goals, and portion controls. Experience in food service is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, take food/beverage orders, expedite orders, and assist with dining room service.
• Properly operate POS system for taking all types of Guest orders.
• Responsible for properly charging Guests and for collecting payment for orders; cash, credit, or debit card transactions.
• Restocks drink station and expo area, maintain restroom cleanliness, empty trash cans, and helps to keep the dining room and other Guest areas clean.
• Maintains proper product temperatures per standards.
• Maintains portion control for products per standards.
• Cleans equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion.
