Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a Team Member to work directly with guests and teammates to spread joy, enrich lives, and serve others. You will support up to three restaurant areas and train through CSCU to execute duties while upholding our 10 non-negotiables and culture.

The role requires flexibility across Service, Sandwich Line, and Production with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and quality. Training and teamwork are emphasized throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and professional communication with team members and guests.
• Ability to multitask across stations and duties.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality; reliability.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Offer every guest a superb experience and greet them warmly.
• Support and assist fellow team members as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area per CSC standards.
• Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of products and ingredients.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
• Restock work areas before leaving shift.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Attend meetings and suggest improvements.
• Report problems to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with line prep, service, and production duties.
• Ensure promotions and marketing plans are presented during shifts.
