Responsibilities

• Source and screen acquisition opportunities across asset classes, focusing on industrial and multifamily.
• Build pipelines via broker relationships, lenders, direct-to-seller outreach, and internal networks.
• Develop underwriting models and run sensitivity analysis with the investment team.
