Qualifications

• 4–6 years in real estate acquisitions or related fields.
• Experience underwriting and closing real estate transactions.
• Expert-level financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Deep understanding of real estate acquisition principles, valuation methods, and transaction structures.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
• Experience with multifamily or commercial real estate acquisitions in CA, FL, or TX preferred.
• CFA/CAIA or progress toward designation a plus; FL/CA real estate license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source acquisition opportunities and maintain broker relationships.
• Lead underwriting and financial analysis for acquisitions.
• Coordinate due diligence and third-party reports.
• Manage deal pipeline and prepare investment committee materials.
• Travel for property tours and broker meetings.
