Job summary

KBR in the United States is seeking a Front Line Supervisor (Contingency) to lead maintenance, sustainment and logistics teams in TACOM-managed systems. The role ensures safe, efficient work and compliance with Army standards and contract requirements under a contingent award.

The supervisor coordinates schedules, allocates resources, and drives quality and productivity in line with KBR policies and mission readiness goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in logistics management or related field.
Experience supervising DoD, Army, or TACOM programs preferred.
Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

Plans weekly and monthly work schedules and sequences of operations for subordinates.
Determines how many assignments can be done concurrently and prioritizes work.
Coordinates work with related functions and informs higher-level supervisors of changes.
Selects workers and assigns tasks; explains requirements and trains subordinates.
Reviews work in progress and investigates issues to identify causes and corrective actions.
Develops performance standards and conducts regular performance appraisals.
