Piper Companies is seeking a Help Desk Associate to provide prompt, professional front-line IT support for a large internal user base. You will handle tickets, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and assist with Microsoft 365, Outlook, VPN, printers, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience supporting large organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Assist with Windows and Mac, Microsoft 365, Outlook, VPN, printers, and peripherals.
• Escalate complex issues and document resolutions clearly.
