You will support customers and bankers by ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and accurate processing throughout the loan lifecycle. As a BBA, you will handle routine inquiries, assist with loan documentation, and coordinate with Loan Operations Specialists to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of customer service.
• Clear communication and professionalism.
• Willing to learn and grow within the organization.
• Ability to multi-task and organize work.
• Proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Answer routine inquiries by telephone and mail.
• Receive and initiate loan workflow with customer information.
• Order title work, appraisals, flood determinations, and related documents as needed.
• Process loan documents and disbursements after closing.
• Collaborate with Loan Operations Specialists for rapid response.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
