Responsibilities

• Actively identify and resolve unsafe conditions and situations.
• Prevent theft through active presence and engagement with customers entering/exiting.
• Respond to alerts urgently to check receipts and recover unpaid merchandise.
• Reduce store disruption using de-escalation techniques.
• Document and communicate theft, safety, and alarm activity incidents.
