Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor store environment.
• Must maintain confidentiality and exhibit a positive demeanor and energetic greeting.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with disciplined decision making.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers entering or exiting with a warm, loud, friendly greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs.
• Follow safety standards and dress code; maintain professional appearance.
