Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Front End Team Member at our Dallas-area store to deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences. You will process sales, verify IDs, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and bag products.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, POS familiarity, the ability to work evenings/weekends, and the stamina to stand for long shifts. Training in wine, beer, and spirits is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day.
• Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Answer customer questions and promote the loyalty program.
• Bag items and maintain a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Greet customers and inform them about products and services to build relationships.
• Cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
