Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly cashier and sales support in a Colorado store. You will handle transactions, assist customers with questions, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining product knowledge and a compliant, enjoyable shopping environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, bagging purchases, processing payments, answering inquiries, and supporting cross-functional tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Answer questions and promote the loyalty program.
• Bag products and assist customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform them about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, loyalty programs and store policies.
• Support safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
