Total Wine & More in Lakewood, CO, is hiring a Front End Team Member (Cashier/Sales Associate) to provide fast, friendly service and process transactions. You will greet customers, promote loyalty programs, and build product knowledge through wine, beer, and spirits training.

The role may include merchandiser/stock duties and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience and familiarity with POS systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, inquiries, loyalty program, and bagging.
• Greet customers, deliver personalized service, and build rapport while informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Perform cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
