Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Provide a personalized service by greeting customers and promoting loyalty programs.
• Assist with wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards and follow alcohol sale regulations.
• Complete cross-functional duties as assigned.
