Job summary

Total Wine & More in Madison, WI is seeking a Front End Team Member to process transactions, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs. You will deliver fast, friendly service, upsell products, and maintain knowledge of promotions and store policies.

You may also support as a sales associate or merchandiser; position requires flexibility, strong teamwork, and ability to work evenings and weekends. Training provided on wine, beer, and spirits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; able to lift and be on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Greet customers and promote loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge and assist with questions.
• Assist with training, merchandising and stock tasks as needed.
• Adhere to alcohol sale laws and maintain store safety and cleanliness.
