Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a friendly cashier/retail associate to handle transactions, assist customers, and support store operations. You’ll verify IDs, promote the loyalty program, and ensure a clean, compliant environment for alcohol sales.

Training on wine, beer, and spirits will build product knowledge and service excellence. Role may include duties as a sales associate or merchandiser/stock associate, with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Verify IDs and ensure compliance with alcohol laws.
• Answer inquiries and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
