Total Wine & More is hiring for a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the register and in-store. You will process transactions, greet customers, answer questions, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards and compliance.

Training will cover wine, spirits, and beer products to increase knowledge and service quality. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in retail with POS experience and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience of 1+ years preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver friendly service and build customer relationships.
• Promote loyalty program and assist customers with products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements related to alcohol sales.
