Responsibilities include handling payments, answering questions, greeting customers, and promoting the loyalty program. Training on wine, spirits, and beer will build product knowledge while adhering to all relevant laws and store policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification.
• Deliver exceptional service, greet customers and promote loyalty programs.
• Engage customers with product knowledge and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
