Total Wine & More in Alpharetta seeks a friendly Cashier to process transactions, answer questions, and guide customers through promotions and loyalty programs. The role may flex to sales associate or merchandiser/stock duties, reporting to store management.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, strong customer service, and familiarity with POS systems. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• HSD or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail and customer service is advantageous.
• Ability to learn and operate POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately, including payment handling and loyalty prompts.
• Provide fast, friendly service and greet customers to upsell or inform about products.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with laws for alcohol sales.
