Job summary

Total Wine & More in Pearland, TX is hiring a cashier/retail associate to deliver fast, friendly service, process transactions, and promote loyalty programs. You’ll greet customers, build relationships, and learn wine, spirits, and beer products while maintaining store standards.

This role may also be filled as a sales associate or merchandiser/stock associate, with regular opportunities for training and career development. Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pride in delivering best-in-class customer service.
• 1–3 years of work experience; retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently with identification verification, payment handling, and bagging.
• 2|3 lines? Delivery of personalized service and product knowledge to customers.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Perform cross-functional duties and other duties as assigned.
