Total Wine & More in Friendswood, TX is hiring a cashier/front-end team member to deliver fast, friendly service. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and bag products while maintaining store standards.

Both part-time and full-time roles exist; training on wine, spirits, and beer is provided to build product knowledge. A strong customer-service mindset and the ability to work evenings/weekends are valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in retail preferred.
• Passion for customer service and team player mindset.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and promote loyalty programs.
• Ensure store cleanliness and adhere to safety and alcohol-sale regulations.
• Assist as sales associate or merchandiser as needed and complete cross-functional duties.
