Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to oversee the front-end operations and lead a retail sales team in delivering excellent customer service.

You will help manage payroll, budgets, and daily reports while ensuring standards and safety protocols are followed. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate Associates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, and reports to meet financial goals.
• Ensure store standards, Redbook compliance, and company programs meet expectations.
• Maintain front-end, entrance and exterior areas of the building.
