Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Houma, LA seeks a Retail Front End Team Leader to supervise the front-end team, drive customer service quality, and manage payroll-related duties. You will lead associate development, safety meetings, and scheduling while ensuring pricing accuracy and merchandising execution.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Experience managing front-end operations and customer service.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end, entrance, and exterior standards while driving associate productivity and customer service quality.
• Assist with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction and related reporting.
• Provide leadership regarding donation programs and Ollie’s Army sign-up and membership.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure follow-up actions.
• Assist with hiring, development, supervision and scheduling of store associates.
• Support merchandising execution and pricing updates.
• Perform Team Leader functions to open/close the store and other duties as assigned.
