Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end, entrance, and exterior standards while driving associate productivity and customer service.
• Assist with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting.
• Lead safety meetings, hiring, development, scheduling, and pricing updates.
• Open/close the store and perform additional Leader duties as assigned.
