Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Del Rio, TX is seeking a Retail Front End Team Leader to guide the front-end team, enhance customer experience, and oversee associate development and store operations.

You will manage payroll budgets, assist with hiring, ensure pricing accuracy, lead safety meetings, and support merchandising. This role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years supervisory experience; flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end, entrance, and exterior standards and drive customer service.
• Assist with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting.
• Provide leadership with the Associates regarding all donation programs and Ollie’s Army sign-up and membership.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Assist with hiring, development, supervision, and scheduling of store Associates.
• Support merchandising execution and ensure pricing updates are completed.
• Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store and other duties.
