Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and training.
• Provide member service and assist with purchases.
• Handle claims, returns, and merchandising in assigned area.
• Ensure policy compliance and Open Door Policy adherence.
• Support recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates.
