Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Answer questions regarding products and assist customers to feel welcome and valued.
• Gain knowledge of products and respond with recommendations.
• Assist with monitoring and controlling department supply expenses.
• Assist with cash control, sales, and records for the store.
• Schedule Front-end associates to ensure adequate department coverage.
• Assist in preparing department budgets, profit and loss reviews, and take action on financial reports.
• Help develop and implement department action plans to achieve results.
• Collaborate with Front-end staff and promote teamwork.
• Maintain a positive attitude and stay aware of ads and promotions.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, and maintain proper temperatures and logs.
• Report safety risks, incidents, and any illegal activity.
