Job summary

You will need strong communication, stress management, and basic math skills, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and excellent customer service. Prior retail or front-end experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create welcoming environment and answer customer questions about products.
• Know products and provide suggestions to customers.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling department expenses.
• Manage cash handling, sales records, and cash items for the store.
• Schedule Front-end staff to ensure adequate department coverage.
• Support budget and labor scheduling in collaboration with store management.
• Contribute to department action plans to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with front-end team to encourage teamwork.
• Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to seasonal ads and changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and temperature controls.
• Report safety risks and issues to management.
