Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Answer customer questions about products and services.
• Know products in the department and make recommendations.
• Assist in monitoring department expenses and budgets.
• Support cash handling, sales records, and cash items for the store.
• Schedule Front-end associates to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist in budgeting, P&L reviews, and financial reporting.
