Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise 20–30 front end employees in the department.
• Open registers timely and coordinate cashiers and baggers for adequate coverage.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and train staff accordingly.
• Assist cashiers with change, WIC checks, price checks, and answering questions.
• Monitor cleanliness of front end areas and enforce safety and loss prevention standards.
• Complete weekly schedules and perform timely performance evaluations.
