Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for a front-end team member responsible for bagging items at checkout, restocking, cart retrieval, and basic front-end duties. You will contribute to efficient checkout operations and store cleanliness while engaging with customers.

We seek team players who can handle physical work, maintain safety standards, and support a busy shopping environment across PA, MD, VA, WV and NJ as part of a large regional network.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements with or without accommodation
• Must be able to use equipment and tools used to perform the job
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance and completion of probationary period

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare equipment and supplies at the start of shift
• Collect trash, operate the compactor and maintain cleanliness
• Perform housekeeping duties and keep floors and work areas clean
• Collect, stack and return carts to the front-end of the store
• Demonstrate good customer service skills
• Complete other duties as assigned by management
