This role requires 1-2 years cashiering experience with leadership training, a HS diploma or GED, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong cash handling skills.
• Ability to interact with customers as a role model.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service through proactive guidance at registers.
• Assist with customer issues at the register and maintain cleanliness.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state law.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and manage disciplinary steps.
