Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a fast-paced cashier team and support store operations. You will ensure top-notch customer service, assist at the registers, and help train new cashiers while maintaining a clean, secure store environment.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a HS diploma or GED, and 1–2 years of cashier experience with leadership training. Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is needed for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and ability to interact with customers as a role model.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment (register, calculator, scanner).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to read, write and count.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively supporting cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Assist at the register and resolve customer issues.
• Schedule and oversee breaks; monitor supplies and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in hiring and training of new cashiers and enforce company policies.
