Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service oriented approach.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move/store merchandise and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, coach, and develop direct reports to maximize sales.
• Promote safety and uphold company guidelines for front-end operations.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture and strong teamwork.
