Burlington Stores in Lawrence, NY is hiring for a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor and Selling Floor Supervisor to join the store leadership team. You will oversee front-end operations, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service while collaborating with Store Management.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and availability for a full-time schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and be able to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues by making informed decisions and supervising front-end operations for exceptional customer service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive Community Relations participation through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
