Job summary

Burlington Stores in Patchogue, NY is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to lead front-end operations, coach and develop associates, and help drive sales on the selling floor and during peak times.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you’ll collaborate with Store Management in merchandising, customer service, and operations, while upholding our core values and delivering exceptional, friendly service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through coaching and development of staff.
• Promote safety and compliance with company guidelines.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new associates.
• Coordinate workload planning and support community relations.
