You will work with store management on merchandising, service, and human resources, while building a capable, high-performing team.

This front-line leadership role requires a proactive, customer-focused supervisor who can coordinate shifts, train staff, and ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with customers and staff.
• Positive, engaging attitude and team leadership in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as manager on duty.
• Drive sales through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Promote safety and adherence to company policies for customers and staff.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new associates.
