Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Reno, NV is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. The role supports Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and HR, with a path to management.

You will lead, train, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service while driving sales and maintaining store standards. The position requires a minimum of 1 year supervising experience in a retail/big-box setting, willingness to work

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move, lift 40 lbs. or more, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
