Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in North Myrtle Beach is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor and a Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to lead daily front-end operations and support store management.

As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you’ll train and coach associates, drive sales, ensure safety, and promote a diverse, collaborative culture while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while on Duty Manager duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
