Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture focused on teamwork.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support Asset Protection initiatives to reduce shrink.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and scheduling meetings.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
