This role requires the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding retailer that offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to move and lift merchandise up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and train direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture across the team.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure exceptional service at the front end.
• Support in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in workload planning and store operations meetings.
• Coordinate community relations activities and programs.
