Burlington Stores in Elk Grove, CA is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with Store Management in merchandising, customer service, operations, and human resources to drive results.

This role develops teams, coaches associates, and ensures exceptional, friendly service while adhering to safety and asset-protection guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or equivalent environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and uphold company guidelines for customers and staff.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and assist in recruitment and onboarding.
