Job summary

Burlington Stores in Milford, CT is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with Store Management in merchandising, service, operations, and human resources to drive results.

This front-end leadership role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environments.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move and lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety and ensure customer and associate well-being.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues promptly and supervise front-end operations to deliver exceptional service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community relations through company programs and partnerships.
