Save More Food Market in Minocqua, WI seeks a Head Cashier / Front-End Supervisor to lead the Front-End team and ensure a superior customer experience. You will supervise cashiers, create schedules, and manage daily operations with a focus on service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily and weekly employee schedules.

• Monitor lanes and adjust staffing to reduce wait times.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to staff.
• Handle customer concerns, refunds, and exchanges professionally.
• Support cash handling, drawer accountability, and balancing.
