Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor at our Aurora, CO location.

You will lead front-end operations, collaborate with store management in Merchandising, Customer Service, and Human Resources, and drive weekly planning and coaching for direct reports. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price retail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within retail or big-box environments.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and develop direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines and policies.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to minimize shrinkage.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
