The Kroger Co. in Michigan is seeking a Front-End professional to assist the Front-end department manager in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining a safe, clean store environment and helping achieve department goals.

You will schedule front-end associates, monitor cash control, assist with budgeting and labor planning, respond to customer inquiries, and uphold safety and food safety standards. This role requires strong communication and teamwork.

Formación

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, add/subtract).
• Retail or Customer Service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals and monitor quality standards.
• Supervise Front-end functions and assist in day-to-day Front-end operations.
• Manage scheduling of Front-end associates to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist in budgeting, profit and loss reviews, and labor scheduling with store management.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers.
• Report safety risks and ensure a safe store environment.
• Collaborate with Front-end associates and promote teamwork.
