Job summary

The Kroger Co. in Lansing, MI is seeking a Front-End Supervisor to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a safe, clean environment. You will assist with directing front-end duties, staffing, budgeting, and daily store operations to support sales and profits.

You will lead front-end associates, answer customer questions, monitor cash handling and help implement department action plans while upholding Kroger's core values of respect, integrity and safety.

Qualifications
