Job summary

Northeast Grocery is seeking an experienced Front End supervisor to oversee the store's customer checkout, bottle return, break room cleanliness, and parking lot safety. You will ensure adherence to front end policies and coordinate with the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities include training cashiers and service clerks, scheduling associates, maintaining cash controls, and keeping the front end area neat and compliant with 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Satisfactory Performance Reviews.
• Strong Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic Literacy.
• Basic Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of customer service and courtesy at all times.
• Supervise cashiers, bottle associates and service clerks.
• Schedule associates and perform administrative duties.
• Maintain cashier controls and security per policies.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and 5S standards in Front End.
• Keep front end neat, clean, and compliant with sanitation regulations.
